We were moving and wanted to use our equity as the down in our new home. OpenDoor removed all of the uncertainty from that, allowing us to lose prior to the purchase of our new home. They removed the necessity for the minor improvements needed to sell, and allowed us to dictate our schedule. We even saved money on the move by moving ourselves over a few weeks. Excellent.
