I had a wonderful experience with Opendoor! They were able to give me the market value of my home. It was way more than what I had paid to have it built in 2012! It was quite an easy process. I didn’t have to go through a traditional sale with a realtor and having people walk through my house. I didn’t have to spend a ton of money fixing up my house in order to get ready for the sale. They just bought it as is. I got a chance to see the makeover afterwards and they did a beautiful job with new paint, carpeting, minor deck repair and other aesthetic retouches.
