Its so dumb they charge a service and comission fee. They didn't list the house they paid cash for it and closed like 2 days after I called and got an offer. Also they did not tell me about the any fees when i got my offer which was thousands of dollars! I would understand if they listed it and had people come look and had to deal with realtors but they didn't. I did a virtual walkthrough on zoom and got an offer a day or 2 later and the deal was done. I know they lowball everyone. They took advantage of the fact I needed to sell it immediately. My mom was going to lose her house after my dad died so I had to sell mine immediately to buy hers. So I will give opendoor that they are big enough to cash you out as soon as you want but your gonna lose 10 percent of the value immediately and then more hidden costs. Im giving 2 stars because I was able to sell right away and help my mom but only 2 stars because I know I lost alot of money.
