The process was surprisingly easy. The person from Opendoor came to look at the house and take photos, then our Opendoor representative Chloe and our closing representative Charlene with the closing company OS National took care of everything in the background until closing day. We just had to pack, move, leave the key, send in move-out photos, then we met over the phone with a notary to close and received our money the same day. Very seamless process. Yes, they deduct their fee as well as fee for repairs, but we thought it was a reasonable amount for the repairs for our home. We may have could gotten a little more selling on our own, but not without having to do a lot to the house we were selling. We didn't have to do anything to it, and can now concentrate on our new house. I recommend Opendoor!
