My experience with Opendoor is frustrating so far. It's been 7 business days since the guy came to our home for assessment, but I still haven't got the final offer. I've been calling my sales partner in the past few days but she never answered the phone or replied to my text message. I suspect they are going to drop the ball, but even then they should let me know so that I can move on with other selling options.
