Very professional, offer was appropriate. They did not overcharge for repairs and were very fair.
I haven't closed yet but I expect it to be a smooth process. I think this is the way of the future. Having to show your house and have strangers trapping through it and the inconvenience, is not for me! There are a couple other companies. which are also doing this, and I checked them out and the experience was not good or close to fair!
