I was kind of leery of this whole process when we got a quote from open door, but everything went very smoothly and I am very happy with the outcome. We opted to not do the requested repairs ($800 worth), and the amount was just subtracted from our proceeds. The funds were wired about an hour after we closed and signed all the paperwork. It was the right choice for us and I am very pleased.
