I have to admit that I was skeptical when I first got started. I figured that opendoor was going to give a low offer and was pleasantly surprised when I received a current market offer and then their low fees listed immediately. All was very transparent and no last minute "oops" and the whole process went very fast. Actually everything was happening way faster than I expected, though there was always the option to adjust closing dates. Long story short, this is definitely a new way to sell your home and I highly recommend opendoor.
