I chose Open Door because of the growing reputation in my area. I also had no time to constantly clean, stage, and be available for showings. I contacted Open Door and within three days had an offer and a "to-do" list showing next steps. I chose the assessment date, final walk through and closing date. I will call them again, next time I move. I appreciated the professionalism with everyone I spoke with and worked with.
