I was apprehensive. My wife more so. We were looking to sell and simply did not want to invest time and effort to go through a traditional sales process. The house needed some work and we were interested in seeing a comparison of doing it ourselves vs selling to Opendoor.
As the process went on, choosing Opendoor became an easy decision. The process was smooth, simple and very clear. In the same selling situation we would do it again without any hesitation.
