Opendoor was fantastic! So easy and staff was all super helpful. They made a good offer and the repairs that my house needed were deducted at a fair price. The best part is that as a single woman with 3 large dogs, I didnt have to do anything, no repairs, no showing my house to strangers and making sure my dogs were locked up. Just one assessment and that was that. I was able to move my closing date when my loan for my new house was approved sooner than expected. Title company was great as well. I know there are a lot of negative reviews out there and I had my doubts too. But it all went super smooth, from the day they made the offer to closing within 7 weeks. Thanks to Opendoor I was able to move quick and now have my dream home in Northern Arizona!
