I was offered a job out of state and I wanted to sell without the hassle of showing my home. Opendoor.com offered me an alternative way to sell my home. Even though I settled for less than my asking price, for the quick convenient process, it was worth it. From the time I accepted the offer to the time to schedule my closing, it was 2.5 weeks. I settled to close 4 weeks after accepting their offer. Next time I sell a home I will definitely be using Opendoor.com!! Would HIGHLY recommend them.
