I had a great experience with open door. I changed my closing 3 times and it wasn’t a problem at all for them. I love the fact I didn’t have to keep my place clean for showings, while I was packing to leave. I even got my cash deposited on the day of the final walk through. I would use open door again if I planned on selling another place.
