I will never sale a home any other way than through Opendoor. I was offered market value for my home, the fees were a little higher but they were offset by lower closing costs. The process was clearly detailed and communicated, everyone I spoke to was intelligent, proactive, and most helpful. Opendoor eliminates the hassle and time of showing and staging a home. Time is money, they ended up saving me both.
