We've bought and sold many homes; the whole process with Open Door and their team was one of the smoothest and best experience we have ever had. They are efficient, professional and their process is definitely easy. No showings, no last minute backouts or non-qualifying buyers. Would highly recommended them and while their fee seems to be high initially, you need to take a look at what your time and stress costs are in dealing with a conventional sale.
