Opendoor came to our rescue with a better than expected offer. We had tried to use another (Nextdoor). They offered us $32,000.00 less than Opendoor. The process from beginning thru closing was as smooth as silk. Everyone was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house.
