Two visits total to the house: 1)inspection/estimate. 2)Final walk thru.
The trip to the local lawyer's office for settlement.
Easy peasy.
(Left out more stuff that had to be filled out on the internet - I do that all the time).
It was a better final deal than my Real Estate Agent told me I would get.
The thought of buying AND selling (showing and all that) at the same time made me ill.
