As a buyer I am going through the negatives, written here by other reviewers, of opendoor not willing to negotiate even with evidence of critical repairs from home inspection. I am amazed how unwilling these so called new models of buying/selling are to negotiate when negotiations are a given for real estate transactions (i am not buying milk from Walmart here)
I will make sure to never recommend Opendoor to anyone ever, friends or family or even strangers.
