The site is really user friendly; informative but not overwhelming like some other sites. The team are mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your own research, and also super responsive the minute you're ready to move forward. Customer Service is excellent, as are the listing agents they use to show you around properties. It's a much less aggressive approach than traditional realty which definitely reduced my stress levels throughout the process.
