Clean, modern UI. Reliable updates and good matching based on my search preferences. Some basic stats on how the seller's realtor usually prices and closes listings (overprice/de-lists them/etc.) would make for great insights. E.g., I've encountered several listings from one realtor who tends to greatly underprice listings and close them 50%-90% above list price.
