I made the best offer but due to luck of communication of the agent from OL the seller accepted another offer. Another one submitted my offer late and then told me that they already accepted an offer.
Now I am trying to schedule a visit and no one wants to pick up the visit. I submitted an offer and shortly received email that it is canceled without any explanation. Weird company. Not cool agents.
