Purchased my first home through OL and they did a fantastic job. Alot of the front end work was done by me but the offer and paperwork needed was seamless thanks to Alex and Joe. They kept their cool even though the seller's agent wasn't the most professional and seemed to trying to tank the deal. The rebate is huge and covered more than half my closing costs. I would recommend OL to others in a heartbeat.
