Open Reach have left my 91 year old mum without a LANDLINE since Monday which means her Careline does not work so she is at risk. She is severely sight impaired. If she has a fall and can't contact anyone she could die. They still haven't sorted the problem despite constant chasing by my provider. Appalling service
