I moved house on mid October. The Openreach Engineer called to install box outside my house. The Engineer then called to do the necessary work inside my property. He found he could not get a connection because there was a problem with the box that Openreach had installed. I have been waiting for 7 weeks to have this fault corrected. I have called Sky numerous times only to be told that they are monitoring the situation. They have done nothing to bring this to a conclusion. Absolutely disgraceful service. if I could give them a minus rating, I would.
