Your Engineers are complete LIARS!
My provider is BT. Your engineer did a partial job citing that the external wiring could not be completed due to a blocked tube. He advised someone would come and complete it. He lied. I am now going into my second week with no internet, I work from home. BT somehow can’t get hold of you to book an appointment as you’re lying engineer completed the job. Absolutely disgusting 🤮 service.
