Today, by chance, I engaged in conversation with two Openreach engineers, Musa Huseyin & Jack Tracey outside my house.
I explained that I had been waiting through TalkTalk for full fibre for 6 months! Talktalk had kept me fully informed.
We realised that all the wiring was in place in my house. The engineers asked if they could test the system in my house. I agreed.
Both engineers were extremely courteous, professional and were keen to ensure the system was working. I was delighted with the outcome. Musa and Jack are an asset to the company.
