I had an issue with were the ONT had been placed, SKY told me it wasn't their problem, and I'd have to pay 65 to have it moved. My husband is ill and had medical reasons for it to be moved. Thankfully open reach took ownership, responsibility and moved it, no argument no charge.
Very pleased shame the same couldn't be said for SKY. Ty open reach
