One of the most unprofessional companies in the market. I was waiting 3 months to get fibre optic broadband installed. It was due to be installed today 25.10. I kept getting the automated reminder messages till last night. Guess what? No one shows up after 3 months of long wait and several messages. No one bothered to give a courtesy call as well.
The matter has been escalated now
