Worse company in history. Requested a refund from Opodo in August for a flight to Australia in October. They never cancelled the flight with SQ. No phone number, online chat is a robot, no email address. It's impossible to deal with these people. I work in the Travel Industry so I'm all to aware of how difficult this year has been. However, at the very least you expect an open line of communication. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS
