Finally get my money back after 9 months dispute. Nightmare was a kind word to describe my experience with this so called "company". For those of you still waiting for their refund, DO NOT WAIT !!! lodge a dispute/arbitration with your service provider if you make payment by credit card, or talk to your bank see if they can help if you paid them by transfer. You won't get your money back unless you take legal action so Opodo (eDream is their holding company) couldn't get away.
