Avoid Opodo at all costs!
My trip was canceled 6 months ago due to Covid, still no sign of any refund after my request. According to Opodo application, they still have not forwarded my refund company to the airline.
Opodo was awarded today in France the prestigious title of worst service provider of 2020, the “golden cactus “. Fully deserved. I hope they just disappear from the travel industry.
