The worst service ever. I got a response from them four months after I asked for my baggage to be reimbursed (I purchased it through them and when I got to the airport, there was no record so I was forced to pay for baggage again) and it seems the person who responded to me didn't even read my email. They responded with something completely irrelevant. Still haven't got reimbursed.
