Never will Opodo again.
My flight was cancelled by the airline on July'20. Tried hundreds of times to contact customer services using the number given on Opodo website but without any success, sadly. Eventually, managed to contact customer services and ...
*Told refund can only be claimed one year after the purchased.
*After one year was told it will take up to 90 days to get refunded.
*Few days ago Opodo's email informed me that it will take 3 to 6 months to get refunded.
Year after still waiting for my refund.
