I don't even want to give them a star! As a sixth form student working part time, I booked for 2, to travel to Thailand in July 2020. Unfortunately I cancelled and requested for refund - due to the pandemic. Opodo sent an email asking to call them immediately enquiring us of our options: cancellation or rescheduling flights. We instantly called and requested a refund where Opodo stated they would give a FULL REFUND. They had told us it would take 3 months. That was on 11th May 2020. After 3 months, still nothing. No refund. Then they told us it could another few months. It's been 9 months now and still no refund! Opodo have stated in their emails that the airlines: Thai Airways had not gotten back to them. After writing to Thai Airways, I learnt that it was up to the travel agents, aka Opodo to contact them! This is an absolute disgrace of a travelling company. I am livid. All my hardwork to save up and get scammed by a fraudulent company. Please DO NOT USE Opodo. Book directly through the Airline website.
