1- Booked 2 flights 4 tickets Feb 20
2-Flights cancelled March 20
3-It took 4 months for OPODO to issue refund request from Air France-July 20
4- I was told it would take up to 6 months to receive a refund.
5-AIR FRANCE confirmed by e-mail that the refund has been made to OPODO on 29/01/2021.
6- It is 8 months now, NO REFUND RECEIVED despite Air France has confirmed the refund to Opodo. Opodo is holding my money.
7-Email confirmation received from OPODO 06/03/21 for as refund to be made 5-7 day and the second e-mail in 48 hrs.
Countless calls and e-mails to OPODO wasting hours on the phone.
Is this service deserve a star??????????
