The last two times I’ve called asking for a manager because the wait has been over the inially agreed sla of 5 business days (back on the 23rd Feb) the agent hung up the line! AVOID AVOID AVOID. My manage booking section has my cancellation request at step 3 of 7 for the past 3 weeks. Right now while typing I asked for a manager and the person literally hung up the phone on me again! So now it’s the third time! I cancelled my hotel (I booked a package deal) the day I arrived at the hotel Never checked in, called Opodo the same day to cancel and have been waiting ever since for a refund. Every time I call I’m told 7 days, 7 days. When I ask for a manager I’m hung up in. At this point I want my refund and money for emotional damage.
