Communication is non existent - numerous emails not replied to, phone calls disconnected without issue being resolved, phone number not listed properly on website, on line booking stated that my booking had not been processed but booked me twice on the same flight when I repeated the booking.
They are however very good at taking money out of my account but not surprisingly it was also incorrect.
I could and will not recommend them or use them again.
