I advise you NOT to use OPODO under any circumstances! I requested a refund on 12 April 2020( after my flights with Virgin Atlantic were cancelled due to Covid) & have been waiting now ONE YEAR!! I have called countless times & each time they have PROMISED me I would receive my refund within a few days & I am still waiting!! They have lied to me again & again!
I would give NO STARS if that were possible.Their treatment of their customers is disgusting & I will NEVER use OPODO again!
