Never book through Opodo, and never trust anything they say. I had a booking which the airline cancelled in April 2020; the airline offered full refunds through agents, and Opodo said they would sort it out, but since then I've had a long series of excuses and contradictions, a lot of silence, and no money. Right now Opodo's chatbot says "I don't see any pending refund request at the moment". Never book through Opodo, and never trust anything they say.
