DON’T USE
Like everyone else, had a flight March 2020 that was cancelled and still awaiting refund. They are now giving me the run around telling me to wait for the airline to pay when I know it has been authorised for payment by them. They say not refunded. Don’t answer my queries, just send same poorly constructed email response time after time telling me to wait.. wait how longer.. now 15 months after flight date! Appalling company!
