Never ever use this company. I have been waiting one and a half YEARS, yes years, for my refund now. Every time I call it's 'wait 14 days I assure you, you will receive your funds'. Even opened a court case which they couldn't he arsed to reply to. Please whatever you do, do NOT book with Opodo. The extra £50 you pay elsewhere is worth not having to deal with this company.
