Don't ever use opodo
Don't ever use opodo. They refused to refund or to change my flight after the airline cancelled it for a reason unrelated to the pandemic. They were flights available the next day.
They also refused to refund another flight, this one cancelled due to the pandemic, after promising the refund for more than a year. They served me a different excuse each time I contacted them.
This company is a scam.
