Opodo is a 3rd party company. Don’t go through third parties if you can avoid it. See their offers then avoid them & go directly to the airline. Because of opodo I could not
1. Manage my booking
2. Check-in online
3. Therefore no seat number
4. Therefore not able to complete passenger locator form
5. Finally, The airline had no record of me.
I spoke to a news reader friend and 2 journalists (all seasoned travellers) ALL of whom said " never use opodo ". Anyway don't take my word for it. Look at the Which magazine. Opodo considered to be the WORST company by WHICH
