Thieving, Robbing, Scum.
Booked a flight on China Eastern, called to cancel, they said I had to do that myself. 4 weeks later, with "wait 2-3 working days" this went on for a month before they said "Why not just claim the insurance?". 5 weeks later - you will get a refund in 10 days. 11 days later - Your refund came in on the 1st, or 2nd depending on the agent you speak to - it will take 2 weeks. These people need to be stopped by someone!
