Avoid Avoid Rip Off
I have just booked a car with them less than 1hr ago.
For pick up tonight.
I booked and paid in full online with a debit card , including enhanced insurance /waiver.
Turns out without a credit card I cannot pick up the car.
So I have to cancel.
THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND THE ENHANCED INSURANCE AND ALSO CHARGED A £43 FEE!!!!!
Then when I try to cancel the booking online.... The cancellation button doesn't work!!! AND they say it's a 20 day refund process.... What a joke!!!!
