VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! Booked my flight via Opodo on British Airways, i needed to change the dates NO ONE got back to me after 3 days. After I cancelled online, i receive an email telling me to go directly to BA to proceed with cancellation. When i go to BA's website they told me i need to go back to Opodo. I called them back (already a journey to talk to a human being) and they confirm me i need to talk with BA directly... I talk to a human operator on BA (another epic journey) and they then tell me they are not able to cancel or modify my ticket if Opodo does not allow them... SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!
