If I could give them zero stars I would. Booked a flight to America but can no longer go due to covid. Cant actually get through to speak to someone been on hold twice for 1 hour and 1.25 hours respectively. Their customer service is either non existent or just awful. I am going to lose £500 here. Never use them again. Ever.
