At the beginning of June I booked two flights with a Prime Trial Membership. This was terminated in due time. However, Opodo debited € 74.99 on July 1st from my bank account. The day my Prime membership "started". Long story short: I've been calling customer service for two months now. Though the person is very friendly, he is not very helpful. I have neither received a proper answer nor my money back. Everytime I call them, I am told that I am not a Prime member and that I have not been debited any money. Although Opodo has already received the receipt that clearly states something else. I've worked in service for years and I am really patient and understanding. But not reacting at all and costing me so much time and energy, is really the worst customer experience I have ever had.
