I booked my tickets through their website and after a few days received an email that the airline had not confirmed my booking so my booking was canceled. Ok it happened ... but I expected them to refund me directly to my account ... but of course they don't! I had to call them and ask for my money ... can't call their line because I'm not a premium member ... after 3 weeks I was finally worthy to call them .... The girls on the line said 3 days ... than another person 2 weeks ... 1.5 months have passed ... I can't call them anymore, contact via FB only with the bot ...
