Bought a flight from Perth Australia to London Heathrow.. paid extra for flexi travel dates. However tried to move the date forward and they want a further $220 or $550 to cancel and rebook for the earlier flight. Even though I have already paid an extra $80 for the service! The call centre operator was the rudest I have encountered.. told me to open my ears because I'm not listening. Absolutely shocking company. Never again will I use Opodo.
